Your privacy is important, our association is committed to maintain the confidentiality of all personal information provided through this web site. Only authorized staff will have access to the personal information. Personal information collected is for the purpose of offering better service. However, we will make efforts so that your Data will not be given to third parties, unless (a) we obtain your consent, such as when you choose to opt-in or opt-out to the sharing of Data; (b) a service provided on our site enquires the interaction with for example, an Application Service Provider; (c) pursuant to legal process or law enforcement.

(ii) Delivery Policy
Local Order (Singapore)
Depending on the item size, our association may choose the following services for delivery:
Singpost's A.M. Mail
For small size items only. Items will reach your door step by 11am the next working day. Items will be dropped into your mail box if the postman is unable to reach you.
SingPost's Smartpac
For small to medium size items only. Delivers to your door step. Items will either be dropped into your mail box or a delivery advice will be issued for you to collect from your nearest post office if the postman is unable to reach you.
Overseas Order (Outside Singapore)

We are pleased to inform that we are able to ship overseas. Unfortunately, the shipping charges will not be absorbed. We use Speedpost for overseas delivery. The rates and shipping duration differs for different Speedpost services.

(iii) Refund Policy

Please be informed that all donations, sponsorships, adoptions and gifts whether monetary or in any other form to the association are non-refundable. In the event that Payments are made for ordering of the item, and the item is out of stock, we will refund you the money over the counter, or with cheque.

(iv) Terms of Use

Our association reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change any aspects of the Site, the Site Content, these Terms of Use, sponsorship, donation or online offering scheme without prior notice. If you object to any such changes, your sole recourse shall be to cease using the Site.
